Details on Holy Week & Easter 2025 at St. John’s

During our retreat in February, the Vestry developed a Covenant to guide our work together. In addition to sharing it with you here, it will be framed and hung in the hallway leading to the nave and in the administrative area.  

A time of introspection, of looking inward, while also reaching outward to others in the world as we are called to be the hands, the feet and the heart of Christ. 

Bianca was born and raised in West Virginia, and is a graduate of West Virginia State University and Clarion University, where she earned an undergraduate degree in English and a  graduate degree in Library & Information Science. She says, “ I am excited that I will be able to use my passion and skills to serve this congregation, the community, and God.” We’re glad you’re here, Bianca!

The Celebration of a New Ministry service, during which Fr. Eric will be officially instituted as Rector, will take place on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

St. John’s Parishioner & local Yoga instructor Rob Plume is offering TWO donation based pay-what-you-can yoga classes to benefit SAGA @ St. John’s on Saturday September 7th. The best part? All donations go directly to SAGA @ St. John’s, a wonderful local organization that fosters understanding and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community.

Join us on Sunday, September 1 as we begin a new tradition - the blessing of the backpack! All are welcome, students of all ages!
