Vestry & Officers

The Vestry is made up of the Rector and 10-14 parishioners (currently 11) who serve a term of three years, a third of whom are elected each year by parish ballot during the Annual Meeting so that their terms are staggered.  They meet monthly, or occasionally more often, to guide the parish through ministry, visioning, and discernment. The Vestry also  oversees the business of the church, including concerns regarding finances, property, staffing, policy, and others that may come before it.  The Senior and Junior Wardens and the Secretary are appointed from the vestry members and, with the Treasurer (who does not need to be a Vestry member), comprise the Executive Committee.  For copies of Vestry Meeting Minutes please contact the church office.
