September 29, 2024 Virtuosi - Lindsey Goodman, flute, and Joseph Rebman, harp
Myths and Songs is the theme of Virtuosi Lindsey Goodman and Joseph Rebman's flute and harp program on 9/29. Included are works by J.S. Bach/Gounod, Bizet, Massenet, and several contemporary composers, with a new suite by Rebman. Goodman, a returning favorite of our audiences, is Principal Flutist of the West Virginia Symphony, the Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble, Mostly Modern Festival at Saratoga Springs, and a faculty member at Glenwood State and Otterbein universities. Rebman performs with the Cincinnati, Lexington, Huntington, and Queen City orchestras, and is also active with new music groups. He teaches at Northern Kentucky University and in Cincinnati.
