Update on Wednesday Book Group

The Wednesday Book Group will begin their next book New Seeds of Contemplation by Thomas Merton, with an introduction by Sue Monk Kidd, on January 10.  The group meets Wednesdays 11:00-12:00 via Zoom.  Members obtain their own copies of the book, which is available commercially from several sources.  New members are welcome at any time, but now is an especially good time to begin.  For more information or to join the group and receive the meeting link, contact Melinda DiCarlo through the Church Office.

About the Wednesday Book Group
The Wednesday Book Group continues to meet via Zoom from 11:00-12:00 each Wednesday. This year we lost our good friend, enlightened (and enlightening) member, and faithful leader, the Reverend Kent Higgins. The group has just finished And There Was Light: Abraham Lincoln and the American Struggle, by Jon Meachum, about Abraham Lincoln and his leadership during a time when our country was deeply divided. The group is currently led by Tim Basford with Melinda DiCarlo serving as the Parish Contact.
