A message from the Rev. Chris Thompson: My time with you

Blessings and Grace to the Saints of John.

I wanted to give you a time certain of my departure as Interim Rector of this incredible parish.

I want to applaud the Discernment Committee headed by Erin McGrath-Susman and her leadership as well as the committee members; Jo Blackwood, Bren Pomponio, Mary Fitzgerald, Christy Morris, and Page Hamrick. Well done!

In conversation with Canon Chad Stater about my exit we decided that I will remain through May with my last Sunday being June 2. Canon Slater with work with the Wardens, Diane Hendricks and Brian Hamra, to find supply clergy until your new Rector arrives.

I will continue to say thank you and blessings for your love and support during my time with you.
